If I purchase today, when can I expect delivery?

Most in-stock items are shipped within 1-3 business days of receipt by Priority or First Class Mail or UPS.  Items that are drop-shipped (not in stock) are usually shipped quickly and received within 7 - 12 days in the 48 contiguous states unless otherwise noted in the product description.

What about at Christmas time?

For orders placed by 6AM Eastern time December 13, we will make every effort to deliver by Christmas. If Christmas delivery is desired, we do not recommend placing an order for a vendor-direct item after 6AM Eastern time December 13. Some vendor-direct items require a delivery time of many weeks; these items are noted in their product description with the amount of time to allow for delivery. 

Important Note: Orders for drop-shipped merchandise placed after 12/19, and some orders placed prior to 12/19, may experience a several week delivery delay.  Many manufacturers/drop-ship vendors are closed from 12/24 until the  first week of January. Your credit card will be charged and your order will be processed and sent to the shipper upon our receipt so it will be waiting in the queue when the shipper re-opens in January.

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted as long as they are returned in the same condition you received them. We cannot be responsible for items that get lost in the mail so if it wasn't insured, it isn't covered. When we receive the merchandise back in our warehouse, your return will be processed for an exchange or refund as requested, less the return freight cost as calculated by UPS or the Post Office. Return freight is not refundable unless we made a shipping error.  Please include a note explaining your reason for return (e.g. not satisfied, changed mind, defective, damaged, shipping error, already received as gift).

Please remember that colors can vary from pictures because pictures are not always exact. This does not quality as an error on our part unless example: you order red and we ship blue. Our Easy Merchandise Return program is a great convenience but please be aware that your cost for return freight can exceed the amount you originally paid for shipping and handling. This is because you may not select the most economical freight carrier for your return or our actual cost of outgoing freight exceeds the amount that we charge you. The Post Office is usually the most economical way for packages under 2 lbs and UPS is usually the most economical for any package 2 lbs or more.

What is your product availability?

A product is in stock unless a backorder notice is posted in the product description. Backorder notices are updated each business day.  It is possible that an item not shown on backorder at the time of order can become backordered between daily updates. We will notify you by email when such a backorder occurs.

What about items that are drop shipped?

For items that drop ship directly from the vendor, manufacturers order tracking limited availability. Not all vendors have the ability to provide us with tracking numbers. For those that do, you will receive a delivery notification email with tracking numbers upon shipment. If you do not receive your vendor direct shipment or a delivery notification email within 10 business days, and the item is not noted in the product description as being on backorder or having a longer delivery time, please call (1-847-678-7906, 8AM-4:30PM, Monday-Friday) or email our customer service department so that we may perform a factory trace.

Important note: from 12/24 through the first week of January, many of our drop-ship vendors will be closed and unable to supply us with order status, tracking information, or any other assistance. We will contact them immediately upon receiving your request and reply to you as soon as we receive a response, which will likely be in 2-3 days after they return to work in January.
