SHIPPING
- We strive to ship all in stock items within 3 business days.
Items are shipped by UPS, US Mail and US Priority Mail based on
the fragility, weight and value of each shipment.

- We will notify you immediately if any of your item
are not in
stock and will give you an anticipated delivery date. We ship back ordered items within two weeks.

- You will receive an email when your order is
shipped. Shipping is calculated using continental US pricing
guidelines.

- Additional charges apply for International
orders, Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. Please email for those charges before
purchasing.
ORDERING AND PAYMENT METHODS:
You can place your
order online through our shopping cart, or by
mailing in your order and check, cashiers check
or money order.

(through Paypal only), eCheck, Personal/Business
Checks, Cashier Check, and Money Order.

Checks:
- Checks are accepted with proper identification and verifiable
telephone number.
- Personal checks may be held for clearance prior to
sending your order for 10 days.
- Returned checks are subject to a $25.00
fee.
STOCK AND INVENTORY POLICY
We strive to ensure that all
out-of-stock items are noted as such on the
website so you know at the time of your order.
If for some reason you
have a desired receipt date for an item, please notify us of this deadline
at the time you place your order or may not be
able to ensure delivery by that date.
RETURN POLICY
- No item will be accepted as a return or credited without prior
authorization.
- Contact must be made via email, telephone call or
fax prior to return of the item and the reason for the return.
- All
returned items must be made within 15 days after proof of receipt (by
shipping company's records).
- All merchandise must be received in
original condition or refund/exchange will not be given.
- We are not responsible for untimely delivery of an item if no delivery
date was
stipulated at the time of the order.
EXCHANGES

All items returned for an exchange must have prior authorization.
- No
exchanges on custom merchandise or specially ordered merchandise.
- An exchange must be
for the same or lesser value of the original
purchase item unless you submit payment for
the overage.
- NO refunds or
exchanges on custom orders. We are NOT
liable for errors on your order as entered
(spelling, etc.) Please verify all
details of your order before submitting it.

Credit will NOT include shipping charges unless we shipped the wrong item
or you received a damaged item and it is reported immediately..
We regret and apologize for the strict rules governing returns and
credits, but past abuse of our return policy has led to
these restrictions.
